Pieter Smith
Pieter and his wife Bridget have been attending PNB from 2015 and became members of the church in February 2018. Pieter and Bridget have a baby girl born in 2019 after a long time of praying and trusting in the Lord. Pieter now works as a full time intern for the church, assisting Pastor Jacques in his ministry.

In this passage we are going to see one of the greatest assurances a believer has: God will be faithful to us because he is faithful to himself. At the same time this is a warning to those who do not believe God or who come to a point of unbelief. Your unbelief will be judged because God is faithful to himself. As Christians, we are given a single command from this text: REMEMBER JESUS CHRIST! This is how we remain in the faith by the grace of God, by continually remembering Jesus. Who he is and what he has done. He is the faithful Messiah.
